Production Forecast for a Manufacturing Plant
? Production Forecasts are considered planning models and are often used by production and plant managers to estimate a plant's production for the remaining months of the year. Key functionality in this type of planning template automatically displays actual amounts by item for the year-to-date periods. These figures are driven from price and quantity figures. Purpose of
